We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Compliance Officer to join our team. The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. Additionally, you will draft, modify, and implement company policies. You will collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor enforcement of standards and regulations. You will also assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks. You will review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training. You will keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control. You will prepare reports for senior management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
